Everyone I encountered was very pleasant and helpful.  It was easy to make the appointment and there was barely a wait.

Dr. Timur Ruzehaj was so friendly and knowledgeable! He even took the time to show me different diagrams and explain exactly what was wrong.

I am from out of town and was up all night with an earache.  The staff was so helpful and worked we me to find a local pharmacy.  Provider was great.  Knowledgeable and pleasant demeanor.

They treat you for maybe a few minutes and then run off to the next patient. Multiple times I’ve come and the staff has no time for me or my issues. Not even sure I’m getting proper care, just a quick solution.

The people were very nice, everything was great and clean the only thing was the wait time was 2 hours , that might’ve been people not filling out their forms or whatnot- but the front desk lady was nice and so was the girl who took my vitals before the doctor checked me which was also great

I woke up today feeling terrible and decided to come to this urgent for the first time. The staff was amazing and friendly I would definitely go back. Well hopefully I don’t get sick but this will be the first place I go.

Nurse Practitioner and her assistant were courteous and paid attention to my symptoms. I have been at the New Rochelle urgent care before and satisfied enough for a return visit.

I walked in without an appointment with cold and sinus symptoms. I was seen, treated and on my way all within 20 minutes, which is fabulous when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend Carbon Health.

The front office and screening staff were very friendly. They checked us in fast and were kind to my child who was the patient. The nurse or the doctor who saw us does not know how to accommodate to young kids (4yr). He was cold upon entering the room. He asked my kid questions as they are an adult and specifically asked if they had blurry vision, as we came in for an eye sty. My kid does not know what blurry is yet because my kid said this he told me to take my kid  to the ER. He never looked inside the eye and just touched outside, which didn’t hurt. We told the nurse what she’s been experiencing and I do not think that was heard. When  I said I wouldn’t take my kid to the ER for what looks to be an eye sty and I wanted to get drops prescribed, their attitude changed. Then they asked me to sit a waiver acknowledging that I’m making the decision to go against their recommendation and proceeded to read out the risks, which included death. He read of the risks and said death in front of my kid. My kid was scared and kept asking me afterwards if they were going to die.  It was a waste of my copay. I took my kid here because the pediatrician office was closed and the pediatric urgent care had a 2 hours wait.  This was a really bad experience. Again front office and the person who took my kids vitals were friendly and great, the nurse or doctor who saw us was horrible with kids.  Will not be coming back for my kids.

Wait time was minimal. Staff was pleasant and the pa was great
