          Scheduled an appointment yesterday afternoon because of two sores on my leg. First time visit. I did have trouble with the code thing and gave up hoping it wouldn't mess up my appointment.           I had to visit the clinic on a Sunday morning and received very friendly and compassionate care from all of the staff, especially Jessica Paulson P.A. There was very little wait time and I felt as though everyone genuinely cared for my wellbeing. Would recommend to anyone needing urgent care services.

But not Long Island urgent care Manorville.  You can schedule your appointment on line, easy, check in easy when you get there. Everyone there is very accommodating.  I highly recommend going there.

          There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.
