I was a walk in patient. As soon as I arrived, the staff gave me the information update form. When I finished filing out the form I gave back to the staff so they could update my files on the computer. It was about 15 minutes later that I was taken into an examining room where the nurse took my vital signs. She was very polite and gentle when using the various instruments. When she had finished. she notified the doctor that she had taken the vital signs and everything was in the normal range. The doctor then gathered all of the supplies and equipment that was need to do the procedure which was to clean the wax out of my ears. When he was squirting the fluid into my ear, it was somewhat more painful than it had been on previous occasions. Aside from that, the doctor did a very good job of restoring my normal hearing. YES, I would recommend this provider. This is the second time that I have been to this facility.

I use DOCS for my primary care and they are phenomenal. The doctors there are great. The staff is phenomenal from the front desk people who really do care about their patients. They are very respectful and caring. I am a very picky person and when I tell you that I would refer DOCS to anybody, I would definitely refer them all day any day as I stated they are very caring very respectful as many places like this, I've been to staff has been horrible but here they are great. It was ok, nice MA and NP, the only the Rx was sent to pharmacy we don't use after confirming with MA correct pharmacy. We got our antibiotics couple days later.
