The front office and screening staff were very friendly. They checked us in fast and were kind to my child who was the patient. The nurse or the doctor who saw us does not know how to accommodate to young kids (4yr). He was cold upon entering the room. He asked my kid questions as they are an adult and specifically asked if they had blurry vision, as we came in for an eye sty. My kid does not know what blurry is yet because my kid said this he told me to take my kid  to the ER. He never looked inside the eye and just touched outside, which didn’t hurt. We told the nurse what she’s been experiencing and I do not think that was heard. When  I said I wouldn’t take my kid to the ER for what looks to be an eye sty and I wanted to get drops prescribed, their attitude changed. Then they asked me to sit a waiver acknowledging that I’m making the decision to go against their recommendation and proceeded to read out the risks, which included death. He read of the risks and said death in front of my kid. My kid was scared and kept asking me afterwards if they were going to die.  It was a waste of my copay. I took my kid here because the pediatrician office was closed and the pediatric urgent care had a 2 hours wait.  This was a really bad experience. Again front office and the person who took my kids vitals were friendly and great, the nurse or doctor who saw us was horrible with kids.  Will not be coming back for my kids.

I booked an appt the day before and was seen right away. I like that you can register and do all the paperwork online before the appt. Also, you can check in on your phone and it shows you a wait list. I went to the one in Linden and the staff was nice and friendly.

Wait time was minimal. Staff was pleasant and the pa was great

I had a fever the past few days and decided to go to urgent care. I was seen quickly and prescribed medications. Friendy staff.

I am from out of town and was up all night with an earache.  The staff was so helpful and worked we me to find a local pharmacy.  Provider was great.  Knowledgeable and pleasant demeanor.

Dr. And staff were polite and efficient as well as thorough.  The doctor and staff really listened, gave me the time to ask questions  Thank you!

Did not feel like I had healed well enough. Waiting to be tested to see if still had a  flu like infection. . Staff was very helpful and very caring. Would not hesitate to recommend.
