          Wait time of an hour when I had an appointment and waiting room was empty was not good.  However, nurse practitioner was very good at taking history, reviewing symptoms, then discussing treatment.   When it turned out my pharmacy was closed for Labor Day, staff very helpful changing prescription to alternate pharmacy.

          Overall experience went very well.  PA very friendly gentle and seemed experienced. Check in on line was convenient and saved time.           I woke up today feeling terrible and decided to come to this urgent for the first time. The staff was amazing and friendly I would definitely go back. Well hopefully I don’t get sick but this will be the first place I go.
