It was my first visit and I would highly recommend this as an alternative when your family doctor is unavailable. Great service and very professional. I was quite satisfied with my visit.

Got an appointment quickly and was able to get in and out in 45 minutes. Attentive professionals.

No appointment. I walked in. No one ahead of me, so I was seen instantly. My discussionwith the doctor lasted about 5 minutes. It went downhill from there. I needed to go to the hospital, but was not given a choice of which one to go to. They sent all my records to their affiliate hospital, which is a hellhole. I'm still there 3 days later with no diagnosis, probably because I've rarely seen a doctor, and when they do come into my room, they spend less than 5 minutes here. I could go on and on, but this isn't a review of the hospital. The bottom line is this urgent care facility is just a pipeline to the subpar hospital. You're better off going elsewhere. I would not recommend this facility.

Woke up very sick. Called but no openings. Had to book an appointment and wait the next day to be seen. Doctors and their assistants very attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend been seen here for more than 8 years.

The staff is wonderful  The PA Victoria was informative and helpful  Professional.

Waited 2hr after checking in until my vital and blood pressure where taken . Then another 20mins till doctor came into room .only saw doctor at max 5mins which is the best part but there was . only 2 patients in front of me in office .the lady in front of me ask why she's been waiting 1.5hrs to be seen then 10mins later they called her in ... after I left it took another 30mins for them to send meds over pharmacy.. hire more doctors to work there. Or have someone help them with paperwork so patient turn around is better. This is the 2nd time with a long wait last time was 3hrs in waiting room with my daughter . I don't think I will be using you again .. nobody feeling sick wants to spend 2-3hrs to get care ridiculous

Easy to make an appointment  Staff was respectful and and pleasant

LaToya, the PA and the front desk staff were all really great in taking care of my daughter for a fracture!  I would absolutely recommend going there if you have an urgent need.

Got a call from the school nurse that child was coughing a lot, scheduled in the app to have him seen an hour later. Arrived earlier than our appointment, check in was easy and wait time was quick.   Staff was friendly, office was clean and decorative.  Condition was well managed and explained.  Would highly recommend

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.
