Every single staff member is so kind. I LOVE this place. I love it so much I drive 30mins out of my way to come here instead of the ones near my house. The doctors truly hear my concerns and treat my son with compassion. It is so rare to find good doctors that care about you. Thank you to the front desk, the nurse and doctor we saw today. You are a blessing thank you thank you THANK YOU! 😊

I am going to stop using the Rapid wellness program. It doesn't work and I'm so disappointed in the clinic for recommending.

I had symptoms of pink eye which I had not experienced before. I tried scheduling an appointment on Friday, late afternoon. I talked to office staff and was told all appointment times were booked but I could be seen as a walk in patient. Which I should have done, in hindsight   My appointment for the next day was not until 9:45. By the time I arrived I was in a lot of discomfort. My eyes and all the way down my cheeks became swollen and red. I got a shot, and eye drops, which gave me some relief. Here Sunday,  morning I still have red eyes a cheeks. But, less swelling and tearing so far. I was told if not better by Monday go to my eye doctor. The staff were very patient and caring.

Had a back pain that continued to increased but couldn't get into see my PCP until next year. I scheduled online & even checked in early (love that feature) then could wait in my car until they call for me. The male nurse that Triage to me it's very polite courteous and friendly made me feel very comfortable Especially on Christmas Eve. The doctor was very polite and quick prompt and courteous and very knowledgeable. I was in & out in under an hour with my prescriptions all sent to my pharmacy! I saw an item out of place on the floor beside the door as I exited is the only reason for -1 star. Now I wonder if they're not better than my PCP! I was already getting better even before I left there!!!!!!

This is by far the best urgent care. The staff here are absolutely amazing from checking in to the back. This place is extra clean and sanitized. The check-in process is a breeze especially when making an appointment online thru the Solv app. I definitely would recommend this urgent to anyone!!! Amazing job

Scheduling and appt was so easy. I did the appointment over night for my daughter and she was seen the next day.  Check-in was also so easy and simple. Friendly staff as soon as you walk in.  Everyone was so welcoming and kind especially nurse practitioner, Carly and her assistant. I am so happy with the care provide to my daughter.  I would definitely recommend this clinic.

My daughter had a stubborn wart on her finger and Dr. Z and her staff were extra patient, extra sweet and attentive to her needs. It made it easy to take her back multiple times when needed as she absolutely adored everyone at the office. Thank you for such amazing care!

This is my favorite place to get care! The provider and staff are friendly, the exam room is your vehicle, and the wait time is always super short.

The provider was great Ms. Loudermilk NP and staff was absolutely great.

Was able to get in fast. The ladies up front were amazing with the check in process. Saw doctor after thry checked me for flu and covid.m, but didn't have. Treated for upper respiratory infection. They called in my medicine. Quick easy and fast. Thank you staff.
