Very poor customer service. Front desk young African American women was very rude and not friendly at all. No uniform wearing her own jacket (very bad look for business practice) and her poor customer service skills. As I was, leaving the office she was looking like sleeping on the desk. I made appointment at 15:20 was not seen til 16:02. No apologies or anything. RN he was not friendly like he hates his job. Won’t be coming back. The only good thing was physician assistant. That’s all.

Megan is extremely unprofessional, rude, and condescending. My daughter has been sick on and off for a month and I’m trying to get answers to understand my daughter’s test results and she told me she had patients that she needed to see and I could call the front desk for help. I reminded her that my daughter was also a patient and hung up. I will never return to this location.

Dr Lee is awesome! He cares and listens to help you understand what is wrong and a favorable outcome for a prognosis and care you need to get well. Time and money well spent .

My girl got a thumb injury on the trampoline. This was our first time at this urgent care. We were able to get in and be seen in great time with X-rays done on site. The staff was friendly, helpful, and kind. And we all loved Angenette the NP!!! She was so wonderful and engaging to talk to - both for my child and myself. Thank you all for a great experience!!

My daughter had a accident at school while at recess she tripped and hurt her arm. She was well  taken care and gave us great advice for her care. Friendly staff definitely recommend them.

Great place to go for the quick fix.

I needed my son to be seen urgently without the wait time of an emergency room. I went online and was able to book an appointment within the hour. When we arrived the front staff was so nice and the care team was so attentive they even started care in the lobby. They listened to my concerns and did everything to make sure my son was taken care of. They also answered all of my questions so thoroughly and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend Nitehawk. I have had to take my daughter a couple of times and I gladly travel the hour to continue to use them. Thank you all for being so gracious and patient.

Every single staff member is so kind. I LOVE this place. I love it so much I drive 30mins out of my way to come here instead of the ones near my house. The doctors truly hear my concerns and treat my son with compassion. It is so rare to find good doctors that care about you. Thank you to the front desk, the nurse and doctor we saw today. I am going to stop using the Rapid wellness program. It doesn't work and I'm so disappointed in the clinic for recommending.

Always quick scheduling. Only few minutes wait .  Very nice facility with friendly staff. Medical professional was extremely knowledgeable and attentive . She was very thorough in explanation . Would like her to be my go to for everything medical! Fantastic  I would definitely recommend provider.

I had symptoms of pink eye which I had not experienced before. I tried scheduling an appointment on Friday, late afternoon. I talked to office staff and was told all appointment times were booked but I could be seen as a walk in patient. Which I should have done, in hindsight   My appointment for the next day was not until 9:45. By the time I arrived I was in a lot of discomfort. My eyes and all the way down my cheeks became swollen and red. I got a shot, and eye drops, which gave me some relief. Here Sunday,  morning I still have red eyes a cheeks. But, less swelling and tearing so far. I was told if not better by Monday go to my eye doctor. The staff were very patient and caring.

Overall, my visit was a very pleasant one. I simply don’t like filling in forms online. But the staff was excellent!
