Booked online, waited about 10 mins. Got seen, they were worried that I needed more care so they sent me to a specialist. I thought that was an amazing way to show me that they care about my well-being.

Can't get current appointments. + See booking page
Thank you to the provider and the MA upfront who helped us today, they were very friendly and compassionate. I’m sorry I didn’t get your names, but there was another young lady up front who wouldn’t even acknowledge me and seemed to be upset because we did come in 1 hour before closing, I can understand how it could be frustrating but I also work at a urgent care and I would never be rude or simply not acknowledge a patient coming in wanting care for their child.  luckily the other MA upfront also noticed she wouldn’t acknowledge me and made sure she heard me which she did she just seemed upset or is having a bad day and choose to purposely ignore me. Besides that it was quick and easy to schedule and get in to be seen  Thank you

I have been coming here for years. Staff are great and if you use web check in there is no wait times. If you don't then you are at the mercy of first come first serve and could wait three hours if they are busy. Web check in is the best thing invented.

Urgent care in Cleburne, TX

Cleburne is the seat of Johnson County, located along US-67 south of Fort Worth and Burleson. Texas Health Resources anchors the local hospital and outpatient network. Book online below or compare wait times across urgent care in Fort Worth.

What services do urgent care clinics in Cleburne offer?

Urgent care clinics in Cleburne, TX treat respiratory illness, work injuries, sports and school physicals, lacerations, sprains, and routine pediatric concerns. Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Cleburne anchors the local hospital and outpatient network, and CareNow and other chains operate clinics along US-67 and Wilshire Boulevard.2

Most Cleburne urgent care clinics offer same-day online booking, on-site X-ray for sprains and possible fractures, and basic in-house labs (rapid strep, flu, COVID, urine, glucose). Walk-in volume is typically highest on weekday evenings and weekends; booking online and arriving with insurance card and photo ID in hand is the fastest path through the door. Many clinics also offer telehealth for follow-up visits and medication refills.

Does urgent care in Cleburne accept Texas STAR Medicaid?

Yes. Most urgent care clinics in Cleburne accept Texas STAR Medicaid, the state managed-care Medicaid program administered by Texas Health and Human Services.1 Coverage and in-network status vary by managed-care organization. KFF reports roughly 16% of Texas residents are covered by Medicaid statewide.3

For uninsured patients in Cleburne, most urgent care clinics publish self-pay rates online — typical visits run between $125 and $250 depending on labs, X-ray, and procedures performed. Patients without STAR Medicaid coverage but who may qualify can apply through YourTexasBenefits.com or Texas Health and Human Services. Federally Qualified Health Centers in the broader region also offer sliding-scale primary care for non-emergency needs.

How does Cleburne urgent care relate to Fort Worth?
