I will always come back to this location !  The treat meant and the way they listen is amazing ! It was clean, staff was attentive and quick with their time . Thank you little spurs for always taking care of my kids health !

My second appointment. She knows how to aggressively treat my infections and the dangers they pose for someone with RA. I was so impressed I asked her to be my primary.

Scheduled an appointment for my son as he was suffering from fever. It was easily done. But the fees was too much, Like $175

From walking in the door, the girls up front registering and paying, zero wait time, MA accessing and vitals, my seats, blood, shots, and of course the dr visit was excellent. Such knowledgeable personnel and pleasant and empathetic to my situation.  Excellent care all the way around.  Excellent Dr was very thorough conservative and took extra time and care.

I am going to stop using the Rapid wellness program. It doesn't work and I'm so disappointed in the clinic for recommending.

I was really worried about my babies eye this past week and I looked up some places to go to see about getting the right help for him. And found this place and booking the appointment online was fast and easy having everything done before we came in was great and coming into the establishment was great as well. To check in did take long and having to wait didn’t take long at all either. And the employees are all really nice and kind they have the best customer service that have ever experienced at a doctor’s office. And the doctor was great she answered all my questions and concern that had and I left there feeling a lot better then when I came in.

It was a 1.5 hour wait, but all else was wonderful as usual! Love these guys!

Construction was a little unnerving but all for progress

Had been putting off seeing a doctor about a chronic intermittent problem but when it was getting worse decided on Doctors Urgent Care at Northlake as they have taken excellent care of me each time I went for a health problem. This time was no different, scheduling and check in very easy on the the internet. Staff as always showed their knowledge, care and compassion giving time when needed.

The scheduling was easy. The diagnosis by Dr. Uzonna felt rushed and we felt like she ignored/missed the signs of an infection that only got worse overnight. We had to come back the next morning and see a different doctor who diagnosed the infection and prescribed antibiotics.

I usually have a real positive experience at your facility. But this time it was not as much so. I still left with pain and nothing really to help. The only positive thing was he told me what the problem was. I do have an appointment with my orthopedic doctor tomorrow. I do appreciate having the insight as to what the problem was.
