          I sliced my finger and they got me in very quickly and took very good care of me. They cleaned up my wound and we figured out I needed stitches and Angel did them and she was absolutely amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and okay throughout the whole process.           Took my granddaughter. Front desk and nurse were great. Dr. Was good. She just didn’t take any test. Said she had congestion. Took her to her PC the next day due to her feeling worse. They took test and she came back positive for Covid and strep.

          I was shocked how easy it was to schedule an appointment on line and for my visit to truly occur at that time. The staff was great, especially the nurse practitioner, Brenda K. She was kind, attentive and proactive. She knew the right questions to ask which made the visit more efficient and easier on me. I felt horrible and she did not make me wait or have to talk a lot. I wish I could have her as my PCP!  I definitely recommend this facility to everyone.

          The staff were all extremely nice and accommodating, they quickly got us into a room, but we waited a substantial amount of time and unfortunately the xray machine wouldn’t work so that prolonged our visit and left us without answers.

          I went into the clinic for covid testing and the nurse practitioner that I saw this morning was very rude to me she asked me what kind of medication I was taking for the symptoms I told her ibuprofen and she said rudely that not how you say ibuprofen and she was speeding up very quickly during my visit rudely once she found out my covid test was negative ive never been that uncomfortable and disrespected at afc urgent but the front desk staff and the medical assistant that waiting on me was excellent.
