          Woke up in the morning knowing I needed to see a doctor after the night before. I called the clinic and was told to come in. From the moment I arrived, the experience was excellent. The receptionist was very friendly, and the online intake form was quick and simple to complete. Within less than five minutes, I was taken to an exam room. The medical assistant was friendly, took my medical history, and checked my vitals. Sarah, the NP, then examined me and showed genuine concern for my health. She listened to my situation, explained the plan clearly, and made me feel well cared for. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Friendly staff, efficient service, and genuine concern for patients. Highly recommend this clinic!

          I sliced my finger and they got me in very quickly and took very good care of me. They cleaned up my wound and we figured out I needed stitches and Angel did them and she was absolutely amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and okay throughout the whole process.           It was fairly quickly, had to get stitches removed from my hand. But he was gentle and after cutting them, before pulling he’d let me know when he was going to so I’d be ready, and before going to the next one, he’d check if I was good. Had one that hurt some, so he gave me a bit and told me to move my fingers to ease the pain a bit. Only when I said I was ready is when he’d continue. Great bedside manner. Super kind and gentle and very empathetic.

          The staff was very friendly but what i did not appreciate is having my daughter misdiagnosed with an ear infection, I had my daughter checked again with her pediatrician the next day and it was made very clear that she did not have an ear infection and did not need antibiotics. Thankfully her pediatrician diagnosed her correctly and she is now getting the proper care/treatment she needs.
