My mother and I we had a great experience. Office and medical staff was great, the doctor the best of all. She was very patient with my mother and she herself call me with the results of my mother lab test. I will definitely recommend this facility. Thank you very much!

2 hour waiting in my car, but my treatment was excellent. Dr explained everything to the letter of what to do, depending on what I have, “she”“then-called me to tell me I have the flu & what to do. She was very professional.

Very satisfied with my son's visit. I know we are in different ti.es now (covid) but they actually did a real assessment on my son. I know at times a virtual assessment is ok, but sometimes you just need your kid checked out appropriately. They are doing their jobs as nurses and nurse practitioners, not using the virus as an excuse not to provide real, actual care.

Everyone, from Maggie at the front desk, to Art and Nicole it was a nice experience! So very friendly and helpful! I will go there from now own. I went to a different urgent before leaving it and coming to Next Care. The 1st place left me standing in front of the front desk person for 10 minutes with only a “I’ll be with you in a minute.” She continued to work on paper work others were bringing to her. Didn’t ask why I was there. I clearly had a cut finger. Still nothing. I’m so pleased with myself for leaving the first place and going to Next Care! Best place ever!

My daughter had a Covid PCR test. There wasn't a long wait & she had results in 4 days for a $35 fee. It is difficult to find a non-drive-thru PCR test site. We were pleased with the service here.

This place sucks. We got a recommendation to see Dr. Keller, a DO family practitioner and Dr. Prajapati, a pediatrician. They are both great doctors and the only time I ever have a positive experience is when we are being seen by them. Prescriptions, forget about it! I have a standing prescription for ADHD and I'm 42. I can only get one month at a time, despite others that I know that get it in a 90 day supply. They require me to come in and get "reevaluated" and drug tested every 3 months and make stupid mistakes like telling me that I have to come in to get reevaluated because its been 3 months, when it has only been 2 months and 3 days. July 29 I got reevaluated(they lost my urinalysis and I had to call back and set up another time to come in and pee, real convenient) and when I called back Oct. 2, they tell me its been 3 months. Bozos-that took me talking to the manager twice to explain to her how months and days work, and that there are about 30 days in each month. As we speak I am on the phone with them and they have continued to screw everything up. I've had at least 8 conversations with them about this one refill and right now they are saying that the doctor has finally signed off on it but the supervising physician has to sign off on it as well, and she's...wait for it - off today. They are always off. This place is terrible and I wish the good doctors would go somewhere else or streamline their awful customer service model. Ain't nobody got time for that!
