Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. I was pleased that I could get an appointment the same day. Staff were friendly and compassionate Given medication to help with my pain at my visit. I would have like to have more explanation of my medication and my diagnosis. I had a hard time finding the place. Had to ask couple of people where it was located. Booked online . I haven’t seen my bill yet, so don’t know the cost. Checkin was very easy. Only 1 sheet of paper, to fill out. Did not ask about present medication, allergies or history, which I was surprised about. The furniture is torn old and disgusting. That’s same furniture from first day it was opened. How much money would it take to replace 10 hard chairs and a few tables!!!

I’ve been here 3 times this year for different issues. The doctor is thorough and explains everything well. She is a very caring person. I could go to a place that’s close to my house but I like Prima a lot more —I’ve seen the same doctor each time, they give you personal attention, and I’ve never had to wait more than about 10 minutes.

Everyone was great. No complaints. Fast Trac actually has an only scheduling and paperwork system that works! So many other places I do everything online and then they ask me to fill out physical forms as well. WHY? At Fast Trac you will do all that stuff once, and never again unless something changes. They are good.
