Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. Would it be better to use the word “USED”? Linda Yaeger

Had a sharp pain that came suddenly. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. The staff is great and everyone was very caring and knowledgeable. Used them before and will go there again. Definitely recommend.

If you find that you need an urgent care center, this place is open on Sundays. I immediately made an appointment this morning, feb 18, 2024. I had to work today, was about 20 minutes late for my appt, and they were so pleasant when I arrived. I thought I had an ear infection; turns out I had a massive amount of ear wax in my left ear. Sarah and Jessica were very friendly and personable. Doctor Courtney was also very thorough. I'll be picking up my prescription at Walgreens tomorrow. Sarah was gentle and she removed so much wax from my ear. What a blessing to have this urgent care center near my job. I highly reccomend this amazing urgent care center.❤🙏

First time patient and the experience was excellent from the responsiveness of the staff to the quality of the care to the efficiency of the process!

Being 20 mins early for my appointment but not seeing the dr until 68 mins after appointment time was not great. Last time 3 people were booked for same time with same provider, too. Why is more than one patient scheduled for same time? On time patients shouldn’t be waiting longer due to this office or website error.

I was 1st patient to show up and check in. There was 1 scheduled patient ahead of me. There was an hour delay d/t staffing arrival delays. High traffic and construction anything is possible. The care given was beyond exceptional. From the check in clerk to the intake nurse and then the NP, all were super caring and professional. Totally worth the wait. This Nextcare facility is my go to!

I was there for my DOT exam, however, the entire staff were quite respectful. I took me a reasonable amount of time to complete the whole process. It is my to go to clinic.

Easy to check in  No one was rude but no one was friendly. But I haven’t being in a place more dirty than this !!! Looks like it hasn’t being clean for years. I was So afraid to get another sickness out of this place.

Had a very painful and infected cyst on my back, the ladies up front were amazing and the doctor took very good care of me. I will definitely go back for any medical needs

I needed an urgent appointment & was very happy to be able to in so quickly.  I was told that masks were required; however only 1 of the receptionist had one on - not fully covering her mouth & nose - the 2nd one didn’t have one at all.  6 patients were waiting & only 2 of us put on masks.  Probably a good an idea to say “recommended” if even your staff isn’t wearing them. Other than that, the nurse & provider were great.   Got my diagnosis right & gave me the medication I needed.   Will come back if needed for other urgent care.
