Scheduling needs improvement. A full fledged desktop or pen and paper option is needed. When cold and flu symptoms are there and you are coughing, some of us patients are not comfortable using phones or those tablets that are there, wherein on cannot even sit when entering information. When I checked I was told the wait time would e approximately an hour but was more than two hour wait with an appointment . The received adequate care but never experienced an extremely long wait time since I’ve been a patient.

Had been feeling bad since Friday night. Felt as though I had a sinus infection. Went on Tuesday and was advised I tested positive for Covid. I was surprised that I was not given anything to treat for Covid. I was given a cough suppressant. Still feeling bad today..

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
