          Everything was very easy from start to finish during the appointment. The check in process was easy where I was able to complete the paperwork all online and get everything submitted before even arriving to the clinic.           There was only one person on staff in the whole place. She was great but she shouldn’t have had to do everything by herself. I was there for two hours. Feels pointless to have all those available time slots for appointments on the website if they’re not actually available. I’d rather have fewer options to choose when I schedule if I could actually be seen during my appointment time. The doctor was on an iPad so she couldn’t do much.

          Went in for pre-op clearance. Staff was super kind and accommodating. They even went out of their way to provide me a private room while I waited because my toddler was asleep in my arms.
