I always recommend this business when people ask for a walk-in, the staff is so friendly, I never have a long wait time ever! The Doctor there are attentive and really listen to you and take the time to explain everything in detail, I have been seen by Dr Anna and she is GREAT, her bedside manner is awesome! I never feel rushed or not heard, never had a bad experience here ever.. five stars from me!

Even though I had an appointment had to wait 45 minutes before seen. The doctor very nice and very thorough.

Today I needed to see a doctor,  and it was easy to make an appointment the same day. When I arrived the check-in was quick . The medical staff were friendly and caring . The doctor  was excellent, very professional, she explained to me what I had, gave me information, and she answered  all my questions. I’m very happy with the doctor‘s care. I have been to this west end urgent care I would say probably at least 10 times if not more!!!!they are the best!!from the moment you walk in they greet you with a smile and make the registration very easy just make sure you bring insurance cards.next which has never been a long wait for me you see p/stakes your complaint and history.then a few minutes later a Doctor comes in reviews info examines and every doctor I have had has spoken to me in terms I understood not some medical jargon!!!feel free to ask any questions all the doctors there p/a s and receptionists are the best.they even give u a printout of your diagnosis and tfeatment!!!SPECIAL THANKS TO THE HIGHLY Experienced Doctors!!WEST END CITY M.D.CIT

I was referred over to this location by a friend and I'm so happy I went. My regular office was jam packed and couldn't fit me in. I was happy to walk in and see empty chairs and fill out all the paperwork with ease. Staff was awesome ! Doctor great!
