I felt like the sickness was dismissed as a virus very quickly, didn’t even bother to check for strep. The staff is very friendly, but I just wish they would take our concerns a little more serious.

Thank you to the provider and the MA upfront who helped us today, they were very friendly and compassionate. I’m sorry I didn’t get your names, but there was another young lady up front who wouldn’t even acknowledge me and seemed to be upset because we did come in 1 hour before closing, I can understand how it could be frustrating but I also work at a urgent care and I would never be rude or simply not acknowledge a patient coming in wanting care for their child.  luckily the other MA upfront also noticed she wouldn’t acknowledge me and made sure she heard me which she did she just seemed upset or is having a bad day and choose to purposely ignore me. Besides that it was quick and easy to schedule and get in to be seen  Thank you

Both the nurse and the doctor need to improve heir friendliness. Pls. dont treat patients like a you are in an enormous hurry and have no time to answer questions. Remember who pays you.

I love that Oak Cliff has a location! I have been to other Little Spurs and there is consistently great quality care: I have never had an issue as a walk in appointment or scheduling ahead of time. Check-in process is easy! Digital with your device! No clipboard with 10 papers Staff are diverse. They are always welcoming and knowledgeable. My family always feels cared for!

From walking in the door, the girls up front registering and paying, zero wait time, MA accessing and vitals, my seats, blood, shots, and of course the dr visit was excellent. Such knowledgeable personnel and pleasant and empathetic to my situation.  Excellent care all the way around.  Excellent Dr was very thorough conservative and took extra time and care.

The scheduling was easy. The diagnosis by Dr. Uzonna felt rushed and we felt like she ignored/missed the signs of an infection that only got worse overnight. We had to come back the next morning and see a different doctor who diagnosed the infection and prescribed antibiotics.

Every time I take my kids here I have great experiences and the treat my kids with care and always very professional
