Showed up at the Ruston urgent care location for a walk in, learned about the crazy wait time but also the app, so I installed Solv and found that the Tacoma urgent care location has appointments available to schedule that day, where Ruston only had tomorrow. So I scheduled one just 30 minutes away, rushed to the office and the app knew I was there so I checked in, talked to the receptionist, she already had my insurance and stuff from the app scanning my card👍 so she photoed my ID and told me I'd have a 45 minute wait. I was excited for this. I left and used the wait list on the app to track my position in line, and showed up, was seen pretty much right away, dental assistant was kind, put in all the info, doctor came in right away, got the antibiotics I needed immediately. Pharmacy had my prescription ready soon as I got there, within 10 minutes probably. The whole experience was pretty amazing and even though it was sudden and I was in pain, had to learn about the app and whatnot, it was so easy. Very impressed.

Was in and out quickly. Went in for a strained lower back. All staff was friendly and helpful

They all were wonderful. I had an emergency and had to leave quickly and they really processed me through and took care of me. I appreciate it.

My visit only took 2 hours (without an appointment). Once taken in the exam room they completed a thorough exam without any delays. Very pleasant staff /experience when I was not feeling good.

Doctor and nurse were great and took great care of my son

I came in after a fall and I was worried I had broken my wrist.  I didn’t have an appointment, so I had to wait over an hour to be seen.  After I was called back, my care was superb.  From X-rays through splinting, everyone was wonderful.  My total time there was about two hours.

Scheduling was easy and the place is very clean and nice, the staff are amazing and my doctor actually cares.

It was a great appointment and I feel like we covered a lot.  Staff and Sarah Phillips were all friendly and very helpful.

I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.
