Dance thumping music waited 2 hrs. 250 bucks just to get antibiotics??

Scheduled the appointment 24hrs ahead. Was feeling really miserable. Unless someone else is critical, I thought appts were supposed to be honored ahead of walk-ins. I had to wait 45 minutes to be seen. Everyone was very nice, I just felt I should have been seen in a more timely fashion.

I had been coughing up phlegm an awful lot, and my temperature was starting to go up, so I made an Appointment through Solv.  Most of the appointment Choices were for the next day. The only choice for the same day was at Point Ruston Urgent Care Center.  When I arrived there, the staff was very friendly, and my care provider really listen to my concerns - thankfully. I would highly recommend going to Point Reston Urgent Care Center again.

The first person i spoke to to get checked in was somewhat rude in the sense that it seemed like she didn’t believe me. however when it was time to be seen by the dr and finish check in, the medical assistant was amazing in that process. the medical assistant with the brown hair is great. the dr was amazing as well and made me feel heard.

Passed me off like a bad habit. "Not equipped to care" treating me as if I'm in need of chemo. Didn't even try to help me. Thanks "doctor"

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

So impressed with all the staff we interacted with! The person who scheduled our appointment was efficient and friendly, as was the girl who checked us in. The medical staff was outstanding, and our issue was addressed quickly and thoroughly.

Staff was great and very empathetic to the pain I was in. They explained the treatment options well.

Scheduling the night before was very simple and I could get an appointment for whatever time worked.. had upper back pain for 6 days alls alls the provider did was poke around on my back and prescribe muscle relaxers that aren’t even hitting the pain and irritation. After visit summery notes say may require further work up and testing but they cannot be evaluated in the urgent care… okay? What is urgent care for then? Because I wasn’t even offered an xray, didn’t listen to my breathing, none of it. What was the actual point of them giving muscle relaxers if they don’t even know what the cause was 🤦‍♀️

Scheduling, check in, staff and care was excellent!! Amazing group of people!!

First time visiting this clinic, was a long time patient of Dr Adatia and felt at ease when I met Dr. Phillips. She was very easy to talk to,  very knowledgeable, very pleasant and has a great bedside manner! I don’t feel as though anything was missed in changing physicians.
