Was in and out quickly. Went in for a strained lower back. All staff was friendly and helpful

So easy to set up an appt, lots of choices for following day. No wait when I arrived, staff and ARPN friendly and professional, thorough, good at answering questions and explaining procedures. Recommend! and will visit again. Such a snap compared to regular PCP and difficulty getting appts.

Great care and very professional office and staffing

Needed a refill of a daily inhaler & RX Ibuprofen; got in immediately & was warmly greeted by everyone.. My Dachshund Delilah is also welcomed by Staff including Admin. Highly recommend for anyone needing Care.

Showed up at the Ruston urgent care location for a walk in, learned about the crazy wait time but also the app, so I installed Solv and found that the Tacoma urgent care location has appointments available to schedule that day, where Ruston only had tomorrow. So I scheduled one just 30 minutes away, rushed to the office and the app knew I was there so I checked in, talked to the receptionist, she already had my insurance and stuff from the app scanning my card👍 so she photoed my ID and told me I'd have a 45 minute wait. I was excited for this. I left and used the wait list on the app to track my position in line, and showed up, was seen pretty much right away, dental assistant was kind, put in all the info, doctor came in right away, got the antibiotics I needed immediately. Pharmacy had my prescription ready soon as I got there, within 10 minutes probably. The whole experience was pretty amazing and even though it was sudden and I was in pain, had to learn about the app and whatnot, it was so easy. Very impressed.

I came in after a fall and I was worried I had broken my wrist.  I didn’t have an appointment, so I had to wait over an hour to be seen.  After I was called back, my care was superb.  From X-rays through splinting, everyone was wonderful.  My total time there was about two hours.

Everyone was patient kind and thorough. I was a walk in today and they had no slots left but still made a way to fit me in.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back.
