The staff was very confident and concerned about my medical problem. They were skilled intelligent and did not rush my care. The facilities were sprayextremely clean.  I had better care than if I would’ve been treated by a doctor.

Walked in and was seen right away.  Staff was nice and the Dr was also very nice and caring

Staff very friendly! Very attentive and helpful! I appreciated that! Also, I would appreciate my prescribed script Celecoxib as asked from now on because as you well know someone needs to pay for this. Because of falls I suffered in Seattle! Showed up at the Ruston urgent care location for a walk in, learned about the crazy wait time but also the app, so I installed Solv and found that the Tacoma urgent care location has appointments available to schedule that day, where Ruston only had tomorrow. So I scheduled one just 30 minutes away, rushed to the office and the app knew I was there so I checked in, talked to the receptionist, she already had my insurance and stuff from the app scanning my card👍 so she photoed my ID and told me I'd have a 45 minute wait. I was excited for this. I left and used the wait list on the app to track my position in line, and showed up, was seen pretty much right away, dental assistant was kind, put in all the info, doctor came in right away, got the antibiotics I needed immediately. Pharmacy had my prescription ready soon as I got there, within 10 minutes probably. The whole experience was pretty amazing and even though it was sudden and I was in pain, had to learn about the app and whatnot, it was so easy. Very impressed.

Scheduling was easy and was there early to check in but still had to wait. My visit was pretty quick. My appointment was at 3PM. I got there at 2:45 and I left at 4. Time spent with the provider was probably less than 10 minutes.

This was the best experience I’ve had at an urgent care!  Friendly staff, very caring and considerate of my time.  And a good outcome!  Thank you so much!

The staff at this location could not have been more helpful or friendly.  From the check-in, to the Medical Assistant Naya (sp?), to the Nurse Practitioner Katherine I saw.  Once I was in my room, they were efficient, knowledgeable.  I left knowing exactly what my plan of care was.  Highly recommend.

Needed a refill of a daily inhaler & RX Ibuprofen; got in immediately & was warmly greeted by everyone.. My Dachshund Delilah is also welcomed by Staff including Admin. Highly recommend for anyone needing Care.

The staff in this office is wonderful! Dr Khan is a wonderful doctor that is thorough, compassionate and works with the patient for best results. Highly recommend!
