Had an intense ear ache and needed to be seen asap. I was able to schedule an in-person appointment without delay. A virtual was also available if preferred. I appreciated having that option as well. I was seen quickly and got the treatment and meds same day. I'm feeling much better already!

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. Went in for back injury with severe pain and over all feeling not well left in the same fashion was given muscle relaxers for pain as I explained that it wouldn't help still have tremendous pain so I feel as if it where just a waist of time still can't sleep and the pain is still intolerable only to have to wait a whole month just to be seen by specialist all the while suffering tremendously in pain the whole reason for my visit really didn't help at all

Listened and provided great care. Appointment was quick, convenient and overall great experience.  Really appreciate the friendly staff and care shown for my wellbeing.

The doc and other staff were really nice but a couple things. First, once we got all the way home from appt, the doc called and asked if we could drive back because he forgot to check lungs and heart. We don’t live super far so we did, but it was pretty inconvenient and also felt really odd he just forgot these basic things. Second, he was diagnosed with a concussion but the note we were given for school was really weird and didn’t even mention concussion - just mentioned the accommodations he would need for a concussion… the school nurse was going to call for more clarification because it was written so odd - but this caused more work for everyone so not sure why it wasn’t written clearer from beginning. Other than those things it was a good experience and the doc was caring and friendly.

The staff were more than helpful, but the platform used to do tele-appointments is not user friendly! I tried multiple times to log-in, but I had zero video or audio abilities despite allowing access to my computer! As a teacher I am very used to these online meeting formats and this one by far is the worst and least effective one I have used yet!

Staff did not seem to care at all about resolving my issue.  Issue Sore throat for 2 weeks cant even sleep some nights because of the pain. they did a quick 10-15 minute step throat test and the quick one came back negative.  Asked what I wanted to do next.  I don’t know is a 97% accurate test the only thing that can be done?  That means for  every 100 patients three will be 3 diagnosed negative for strep throat when they have it.  I told them do the culture.  They kept asking me what I wanted to do.  I don’t know. I’m not the doctor.  I didn’t  know I was running the clinic. Scheduling was easy. Caring about trying to fix my issue was non existent.   Dr. didn’t even look in my throat until  to the very end when I asked her to. I’d think that is step one when I showed up is to actually see if they could see an issue.  Very lazy care. Front desk lady was awesome.

Over all good however no exam the PA looked at my info and I commented that I really wanted to make sure my chest was clear and said I don’t think anything is in your chest. No exam at all. Probably a 5 minute conversation and the bill says 30 minutes or more?

I really love the staff here. They make you feel cared for and important.  Michelle was our MA and was especially helpful. If there is anything I don’t like is the wait. Appt. was 4 pm, came in at 3:30 because we were able to. Got into a room at 4:40, and left at 5 pm. These guys are working to get people in as soon as possible-I saw that. I guess it’s the nature of the urgent care, as more urgent needs come in and they need to be seen right and then. All this said, even still, I would highly recommend this place to family and friends, letting them know, about the nature of waiting at urgent care places. It’s a gamble.

From calling to scheduling an appointment everything went very good, entire staff was very polite and caring.

Dance thumping music waited 2 hrs. 250 bucks just to get antibiotics??

I had an issue that needed to be addressed quickly. I was very happy to get an appt right away when they opened. Staff was professional and very nice. Clean, quiet environment.
