My husband has Alzheimer’s and everyone was very professional and friendly and understanding his issues.  This is the second time we have been here and I have recommended friends go for urgent care.

Everyone was fantastic. All the children's urgent cares were full so we took my son in for a persistent fever on advice of our pediatrician. We were in and out in 20 minutes and felt like we got excellent care.

Scheduling was easy and the place is very clean and nice, the staff are amazing and my doctor actually cares.

The staff here are literally amazing. Literally to the front desk, medical assistance, technicians to the doctors are amazing. I honestly feel like if this was doctors office, I’d switch my medical care to this office of meeting because they were so professional and friendly. Keep up the good work guys

Woke up with periodic dizziness, the up shot of which was a diagnosis of simple loss of balance type dizziness. It cleared up as the day wore on and I went in for an appointment and the doctors said that’s all it was and that I probably needed some physical therapy. He said physical therapy would call me. I would recommend these folks again. They were very nice.

They were able to see me as a walk in less than the hour I came in. Amazing and helpful staff!

Easy in and easy out. I just wish there was more seats to sit on. People tend to bring a plus one and I wasn’t able to sit so I stood outside in the rain until I saw a seat open.

Stayed up all night with my knee hurt all night and I went to indigo and they said it was a infected knee  bursitis and did expats and looked at it real good and said they were giving me antibiotic and stay of that leg

The staff in this office is wonderful! Dr Khan is a wonderful doctor that is thorough, compassionate and works with the patient for best results. Highly recommend!

Excellent Customer Service. Office Staff and Dr. staff was very friendly. I would recommend this Indigo office.

I slipped on the stairs in my apartment building and within a few hours, my ankle looked like a giant deformed water balloon. Made an appointment at the Indigo clinic by Wright Park. The staff was helpful and efficient. They took an xray right there.,  gave me a brace and I was on my way! It was efficient and easy peasy. I highly recommend this facility

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

Showed up at the Ruston urgent care location for a walk in, learned about the crazy wait time but also the app, so I installed Solv and found that the Tacoma urgent care location has appointments available to schedule that day, where Ruston only had tomorrow. So I scheduled one just 30 minutes away, rushed to the office and the app knew I was there so I checked in, talked to the receptionist, she already had my insurance and stuff from the app scanning my card👍 so she photoed my ID and told me I'd have a 45 minute wait. I was excited for this. I left and used the wait list on the app to track my position in line, and showed up, was seen pretty much right away, dental assistant was kind, put in all the info, doctor came in right away, got the antibiotics I needed immediately. Pharmacy had my prescription ready soon as I got there, within 10 minutes probably. The whole experience was pretty amazing and even though it was sudden and I was in pain, had to learn about the app and whatnot, it was so easy. Very impressed.

Needed a refill of a daily inhaler & RX Ibuprofen; got in immediately & was warmly greeted by everyone.. My Dachshund Delilah is also welcomed by Staff including Admin. Highly recommend for anyone needing Care.

I feel bad because I do not remember her name but the doctor was a very nice. So kind towards the sensitive nature of the issue. Really appreciate her.
