Pediatric urgent care near me in Seattle, WA

I was unable to get in with my PCP, called in and I was scheduled for today.  The check in was a breeze, I was immediately taken to a room and was seen by Ronaldo, took my vitals and downloaded my symptoms.  Very shortly thereafter seen by Spencer who asked a lot of questions, I felt very seen, heard and thoroughly cared for.  Off to imaging, again done quickly with utmost care and professionalism.  The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and listened and informed me of my diagnosis.   I would recommend this facility to anyone.  What a wonderful crew!

Scheduling was easy via Solv, but no coordination between Solv and the office resulted in multiple duplicate bookings and unacceptable wait time.  2:30 appointment confirmed by Solv, actual check-in 4:55.  Staff was friendly and courteous, but front desk staff was overwhelmed.  Provider and staff were prompt once I was checked in and appointment was quick and efficient.  Care and bedside manner were top notch.

I took my granddaughter as a walk-in since there was no avaible spot to online and they would be closing in 2.5 hours. When we arrived, the receptionist took our info and told us that they have patients who still need to be seen, and she might not be seen. So letting us know ahead was a good thing. She was seen before they closed and for that I am very very grateful

Every time I need help they give the absolute best service. They're so fast getting you in and seeing you and they really go above and beyond you can tell they care. I feel like a lot of places aren't like that anymore so it's so nice to get this experience here especially when you aren't well. Jillease (I hope I spelled it right) was so very helpful. Highly recommend Indigo urgent care in Lake Stevens. So easy to schedule, so quick to get results and medicine.

The PA was very attentive and listened to my concerns.  Testing went smoothly.   Then next thing a nurse or MA came and handed me the paperwork and said I could go. No one went over my test results and the meds they prescribed.  I felt very dismissed.

Everything was great! This is my second time coming here. As soon as you walk in your greater by the nicest woman behind the counter. The doctor he is soooo nice and informative. This is our new urgent care from now on!

My daughter had a bump on her wrist that was bothering her. Scheduling was easy, wait time was good and her exam was great. The nurses were extremely nice, the doctor answered all our questions and helped our daughter. My daughter said the doctor was nice, answered her questions and made her laugh! 9/10

Had to check the kids’ coughs before letting them go back to school. Great visit and loved Dr. Dan!!! Easy scheduling, clean office, nice front desk staff and no wait. Would def go back.

This is my third visit since I couldn’t get into my PCP. The staff has always been super friendly, very supportive and thorough. I highly recommend this location!
