I booked an appointment online for my daughter, who was experiencing ear pain. The site took my info, including (of course) credit card and confirmed an appointment time. But when she arrived at the facility she was told that they wouldn't see her because they didn't accept her insurance. Why confirm the appointment then? Zoomcare put her a day later in getting help. And why - they had a credit card to bill charges against. Just as a human being - how could a real care provider have someone show up for a confirmed appointment and turn them away. Bad business model. Bad care. Very disappointed and will not be returning, nor recommending to others.

Dr. Twiggy Lee is a great PCP! Very knowledgeable, friendly and funny! I love that U Village has parking too. I wish they expand but they are doing it slowly. 😊

Chickenpox Vaccine: Helpful Chickenpox Vaccine Reviews

"I loved it!!! My daughter wanted to go back! The front desk was great! And the nurse was a sweetheart and the doctors - even though I could tell they felt some type of way because I choose that my child isn’t vaccinated - they were on point and very nice. However, they misdiagnosed because chicken pox and hand foot and mouth look so similar. I went to urgent care in the morning and they said it was full blown chicken pox."
