Wait time was very long but we were walk in clients. Staff were very busy taking care of clients. Due to type of injury we understand but hope that if injury was an urgent one, we hope that time time would be pushed up. Very convenient for us to go based on where we live. Thank you for being in our neighborhood.

First, this: the office location was not what I expected, so I wasn't sure quite what I'd find inside.  Honestly, nothing bad about the location, but the exterior signage is a bit lacking. Inside, the front desk staff was friendly, efficient, very easy to check in. For the actual medical visit, Dr. Danh was great.  Seemed willing to spend time and listen to me, gave me a few recommendations to consider beyond the immediate concern that brought me to the clinic.  I can't say I've ever "enjoyed " a visit to a doctor's office or clinic, but this place was a nice surprise.  If I didn't already have a primary care provider, I'd definitely consider making this my go-to practice for medical care.

I will come here instead of suffering. The staff was friendly, the office was clean and I had literally no wait time. The doctor was knowledgeable the bedside manor was great and my prescription was called in to the pharmacy before I left the office. I loved using the online booking. It makes it such an easy process.

Our son was having some issues so we went and scheduled online. It was easy. Showed up on time and our wait was short. Staff was all super friendly.

I’ve used Indigo a few times and have been very pleased with their service. Being able to make an appointment instead of sitting in a crowded waiting room is great. I’ve found the entire staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Came in to check on upper respiratory and irritated eye - were in/out in 40 min. with medication to help clear it up. Very friendly staff and doc.

The experience I had today was great! The check in was very easy. Paula was the best: helpful, friendly and very professional, as was the entire staff.

Amber was great, she told us of the wait time and it ended up being much sooner. Brian, the provider was also wonderful. He made my son feel at ease and included him in his care. John was fantastic, he connected with my son and shared family stories. All labs were completed by the time we finished seeing the provider and we were in and out. Would definitely recommend.

We arrived at the Sammamish clinic on their first day open. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was no wait getting back to be seen. The provider was thorough and listened carefully. I felt comfortable with the evaluation and was reassured with her instructions. Very good experience overall!

British made us feel comfortable while we were waiting and having x-rays. He was also professional. Overall, everyone was friendly and willing to help us.
