I don’t think it really matters to book an appointment. I booked for 10:45a and wasn’t seen until 12:30p Perhaps this was one of those unusual things like too short of staff. I was charged $50 twice because the first card I used they told me there was a glitch in their system so I used another card only to find out that the first card went through. I am still waiting on reimbursement from January 5. I spoke with Kiara and sent her the documentation showing that they received both payments. I have yet to hear from her as of January 21. This is unacceptable and poor customer service!

My experience was decent except Yolonda at the desk for check in. She was rude, snappy, and unprofessional. I complained about her time with me and she told me to just pay and move on. I continued to say she was being unnecessarily unkind and she said she didn’t have to be kind and that her being snappy was not a problem because I didn’t know what she might be going through. She infuriated me and when I asked for upper management she told me to Google the number and would not provide it. I plan to escalate the matter.

I felt bad all day and thought I would be able to shrug it off but decided to go in right after dinner. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming and got me checked in quickly, the triage nurse was very attentive and listened to my symptoms, and the NP, Justin, spent a good amount of time following my symptoms and listening to heart and lungs and ears. They treated me with great care. I highly recommend.

Dr Parsa & his team of angels are a God send for hard working people on a budget or uninsured, in my case both. I had a horrible painful rash of blisters pop up out of nowhere, St Vincent emergency room sent me away with a $330 bill & a misdiagnosis of poison oak. I suffered all nt as the blisters spread, next morning I find Quick Care. Dr Parsa diagnosed me with shingles, fixed me up with some homeopathic gel & prescriptions to calm the blisters. Within a few hrs I noticed a difference. I spent 1/3 of the money charged by emergency rm,was treated with dignity & compassion & most importantly properly diagnosed.
