Didn’t have to wait very long to get back to a room to get treatment. I was directed by a lady over the phone to come in and go straight to room #6. I mean you would think they could at least show you to the room. When the nurse came in to get my vitals she was super rude and had no bed side manner. She never even spoke to me until after I asked her what my BP was. Even then she acted like she had rather not speak to me. When she came in she didn’t even have a mask or gloves on either. I was in there to get tested for Covid so I mean you would think that they would take better precautions for everyone than that. I definitely think this is something that needs to be addressed! Also used the restroom in the lobby which was completely disgusting! No toilet paper or paper towels and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks.

Went for covid rapid testing, staff was exceptional,paperwork was a breeze and there was very little wait time involved. Nurse was humorous, friendly and professional while the same can be said about the Dr as well. Overall experience a 10

It was great and fast, test results back very fast.

I tested positive for COVID and expected the same meds my husband got the day before. Instead I wasn't prescribed anything , only ivermectin that I had to ask for. Very disappointed.

Had covid test negative. Jason did a thorough exam of throat ears listened to my chest lungs and heart. Very professional. Thanks

After talking to Eric, (nurse ) I felt more at ease. As he said he would be there in the office the next 5 days, and to call him if I started feeling short of breath or congested and he would get me some medicine. He made me feel I did not have to go thru this Corona Virus by myself, and to call him if anything came up and he would help me. That goes a long ways when you are dealing with this Virus, as you just never know what the next day will bring.This causes a lot of Anxiety, and to know I have someone saying -Call us, if Anything comes up, helps more than you will ever know. Very happy I came to Urgent Care.

I felt like such a burden having 2 negative COVID tests, but they were wonderful.

Was in and out in no time but it wasn’t a hurried experience! Everyone was so nice! If I didn’t have a personal physician I believe I could make urgent care my primary place for my health care!

Went in to have a covid test which I guess in itself rated the 4 stars

I needed to go somewhere I could be seen right away. Not the emergency room but something immediate. Sherwood Urgent Care was there for me. I got the medical help an attention I needed. I'm grateful. :)

was in for a random dot drug test. Same drug test I have been taking for years. They got mad because I stepped outside because it was 80 degrees in the waiting room. Some of us work for a living, and don’t appreciate getting treated like a parolee!!

Was there for a Physical for work everyone was great and friendly and done there job well, got in and out quickly

My only complaint would be that the doctor wasn’t very informative about how I needed to proceed after a positive covid test. I asked a few questions but he was evasive so I refrained from asking more.

Went for sore throat. It took over an hour after we were in the room. Was told to be seen for a soar throat would cost 25 dollars a person but covid tests were free. After playing a hundred stupid questions we were tested for covid. None of us has covid but they then into our throats and determined strep. That took less than a minute. This is a joke and no wonder people aren't getting tested or getting care. I really hope this gets posted and CDC should make proper changes for treating all illnesses.

I paid $120 for the four-day covid test they didn't pay attention to that and ran it rapid and when I asked about it I was made pay an additional $50 because they mistakenly ran the rapid instead of the four day so I was very dissatisfied with that I didn't have the extra money to be spending and then when I was forced to have to spend it in order to make it right it was very not good
