Excellent experience. They took us in right away Got tested right away. Very caring and kind.

Very kind and friendly. Needed a covid test and was in and out in 20 minutes or less.

We waited for almost an hour and a half to be seen. Then we waited another 20 minutes or so in the patient room. I was not pleased with that in comparison to other urgent cares we have used in the past. However, the nurse and doctor we were seen by were great.

Stopped by for a DOT Physical. In and out about 45 min. Staff was very friendly as was the Nurse Practitioner. I will surely return for other medical care if required.

Was told my strep test would take 5 mins and I waited for 40.

So attentive and perceptive. We love that we made Urgent Team our Primary Care Place. They always take great care of us. Dr. Ashley has become the kids favorite provider. We can count on the Urgent Team staff to be there for us during the week or on the weekends.

The provider and staff were awesome! I needed a covid-19 rapid test for travel. The whole process was perfect. Check-in was perfect as well. Although just there for a test, I could feel the warmth and care they expressed for me and the others in the waiting area. I will highly recommend this team.
