          As always staff kind and professional. Scheduling went smoothly - no problem. Check in was fine. Front staff were professional and smiled when I approached.  Care was like it’s always been - never had a problem. Doctor was not in the office but I spoke with her through the computer on line.           Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.
