All staff were so friendly and kind. No waiting and they got me in and out in 10 minutes. They also took my Kaiser insurance saving me a 4 hour trip to the emergency/urgent care at the Kaiser facility.

Scheduling was easy. The Nurse Practitioner was awesome, and spent time with me. I got what I needed for a nasty UTI, and on a Saturday to boot. So grateful.

Had to go in at 5pm for a fever/ear infection for my 5 year old. Easy to get an appointment. Front desk was very friendly and nice. Nurse was great. Doctor didn’t have the greatest bedside manner. Overall I would go back.

I checked in pretty fast. Staff was nice. Waiting for the provider to see me took about 20-30 mins.

Wait time was about 2 hours.  Still waiting on X-ray results.  Provider was very attentive and thorough.

The staff is extremely nice & informative.

Everyone there was great.  Short wait time and organized friendly staff.   They are very Covid cautious—if you have a respiratory infection they will test you in your car before allowing you in.  And simply put, Dr Rai is the best!!!!
