          Took my father in with a red, very red eye. The staff were professional and very pleasant. The male doctor we saw had good bedside manners, explain things thoroughly.           The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.
