          Went in for a flu shot ( vaccination) . Front office very easy to discuss appointment. Then Kayla DiStefano answered my question about the shot and administered shot painlessly-  not even a drip of blood … Great work all the way around !

          Staff were pleasant, professional, and thorough. The only difficulty has been the app not recognizing me after I've entered my information, which is making logging in impossible. If/when this is resolved, I'd appreciate it and update the scheduling rating accordingly.

          Staff was friendly from the time I walked in until my visit was over. They listened & answered all questions I had & if they needed any extra information they did not mind you giving insight. I definitely would recommend going here for quick responses and almost better than going to the hospital even got my xray on sight

          Update:  I spoke with Jaime, she was lovely.  She explained the different fees associated with different facilities. PCP would have charged $50.  I was charged $124 for a 10 min visit.

          About a week ago (it's assumed) I was bitten by a house spider or insect whule moving boxes in my attic. I tried to treat the resulting rash but quickly saw professional cafre was needed. So I walked into Urgent Care without an appointment, and my previous high satisfaction with them continued to be justified. Check in was quick and easy. Jessoca was genuinely polite and professional. My wait was approximately a half hour. Joyce took my vitals and she was very pleasant and professional.  The PA reviewed my case and after a series of salient questions, prescribed an antibiotic topical and a oral medicine. The quality of care was excellent. The rash is startng to clear.

          Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent!           What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.
