I went into the clinic for covid testing and the nurse practitioner that I saw this morning was very rude to me she asked me what kind of medication I was taking for the symptoms I told her ibuprofen and she said rudely that not how you say ibuprofen and she was speeding up very quickly during my visit rudely once she found out my covid test was negative ive never been that uncomfortable and disrespected at afc urgent but the front desk staff and the medical assistant that waiting on me was excellent.

They got me in right at 8:20 because I called a little bit before then and they were like yes come now and we’re very very fast efficient and had all the facts information and ran all the tests now waiting on results, but the staff was all very efficient and caring, and the nurse practitioner or doctor was super informative about what was going on and her opinion on all of it as well as including all the medical facts and things I need to watch out for and make sure I had everything I needed to go home with until we get the results. Got rx for infection the next morning; doctor sent it in right away. Very thankful for them staying and taking me in as the last patient and helping me figure out what’s going on.

I’m still sick actually worse today chest congestion, sinus pressure but she basically said let it run it’s course after 50.00

Great Doctor and nice staff! Especially on a Sunday, they took great care of my child and listened. Patient and kind. The other location, the office staff acted like I was bothersome and rude. I highly recommend this location.

The staff was very nice. I was in and out in less than an hour.

Was in a panic and in a hurry as I had a wedding to attend. I was seen quickly. Doctor was responsive. Facility was clean. I would definitely visit again.
