Been suffering with knee n leg pain for 15 days. Visited ER who ruled out blood clot but needed to know about the pain. I went into urgent care, everyone was pleasant, taken to the back quickly n the Dr was amazing n caring. Had X-ray done and was explain to the best of her ability but told me she will call me with results once it was thoroughly reviewed. Dr gave me a shot which helped a lot with pain n a knee brace which also helped a lot as well. On my way home, she called me as promised and explained results of X-ray. They were awesome.

AFC in Clementon, NJ is wonderful! I took my child there and the staff was amazing from the front desk to the doctor. The medical assistant was wonderful with my son and made him relax while he was there.

There was no doctor on staff at urgent care.  I was hoping to see a doctor or PA. The NP seemed knowledgeable & thorough. The other staff members seemed young & inexperienced. The wait time was a bit longer than I expected.

Everyone was so kind and helpful!!! I will use this Urgent care if I need any further assistance! It was the best Urgent Care I ever went to!! Yes , I recommend this provider 100 percent!!!!!

Staff were pleasant, professional, and thorough. The only difficulty has been the app not recognizing me after I've entered my information, which is making logging in impossible. If/when this is resolved, I'd appreciate it and update the scheduling rating accordingly.

There is nothing bad I could say about MedExpress Urgent Care of Dover, Delaware. This was my first time visiting MedExpress of Dover, De. I was between a rock and hard place because my primary physician is 1 hour 45 minutes away and I needed medical attention today. I was taken back by the professionalism from the staff, well thought of decor, not last but least the genuine care from the doctor (V.Goodman). What a remarkable experience even though I was feeling my worst! MedExpress will be my to go medical facility whenever needed. Thank you Ladies for the superior care. VDW

It was my first time here very clean. All the women behind the desk we're knowlegeable and professional. It was worth the wait Doctor Ellis and the blonde nurse were great Doc did very good job with my toddlers stiches.

What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.
