I was skeptical reading the reviews on whether or not to visit the office, but my experience has been a lot better than what I anticipated. The only downside is the waiting room time, but the care provided was better than the ones I experienced elsewhere. I am making Dr. Uba my PCP.

Was a walk in and the wait was a bit longer than I'm used to, but they got me in as quickly as possible. The front desk made me feel welcome and they girls were very friendly. I had to talk with the billing office regarding my insurance and they were very professional and courteous. Dr. Raval was very friendly and listened to what I had to say. After seeing him, I understand why others want to come to him. I wasn't rushed through my appointment and he was very thorough. I highly recommend and will be back.

Fayetteville Chlamydia Testing

Who should get tested for chlamydia?

Chlamydia is a sexually transmitted infection (STI) that can affect anyone who is sexually active. However, certain groups are more at risk and should consider regular testing. According to the CDC, sexually active women under 25, older women with new or multiple sexual partners, and men who have sex with men should be tested annually. If you fall into one of these categories and live in Fayetteville, NC, it's crucial to get tested regularly.

Importance of getting tested

Chlamydia is often referred to as a 'silent' infection because it frequently presents no symptoms. However, if left untreated, it can lead to serious health complications, including infertility in women. Regular testing is the only way to know for sure if you have this STI. Early detection can prevent these complications and allow for effective treatment.
