          I had a allergic reaction and my top lip was really swollen. My experience was great, from check in to speaking with the nurse. I felt the nurse was a straight shooter as if I was talking to a friend. The lady who checked me in after I showed her my lips because I had my mask on, she was prepared once the nurse was done speaking with me. I really appreciate the both of them and I am doing better.           Was quickly checked in by Kiana to be seen by Kim. I felt heard and cared for by them. I was having a fever of 103 degrees and was a little delirious to say the least. Walked out with no fever and lucid enough to drive home. I really appreciate the attention and care I got from them. Definitely would come back but hoping I don’t have to :)

          I had to go two days in a row for two of my kids. The wait times were very long both days, including the day that I scheduled ahead of time online. That being said, the doctor, nurse, and front desk ladies were very kind and helpful. Other than improving wait times, I would say that if there were some more things for kids to read or play with while waiting, it would be better.
