GREAT STAFF!!! The receptionist is so friendly and speaks to you nice.. I went yesterday morning, Dec 21st.. I dont know her name but she opened the doors at 8a. I was in at 8 checked in like 8:04, signed everything in a few minutes, and sat til like 8:37- 8:40. The Dr., i forgot his name but he is so nice and calm. Very nice ppl. Thanks for being nice. I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

I’ve been to this urgent care many times and have always had a great experience, which is why I continue to go back. The staff at check-in were excellent, and we only waited about 5 minutes to be seen. Unfortunately, our experience with the nurse who brought my 11-year-old daughter back for triage was not so great. My daughter had a 103-degree fever and was clearly not feeling well. The nurse was not particularly friendly or comforting, which I could have overlooked, but what bothered me most was how rough she was when administering the COVID/FLU and strep swabs. And then again with the MONO finger prick. I’ve never seen these tests performed so rough or take so long. My daughter is a trooper and handled it well, but it just seemed more aggressive than necessary. The doctor (PA) performed an additional swab afterward to send off, and the difference was night and day. He was quick, gentle, friendly, and even a little silly with my daughter, which made the experience so much easier. I understand these tests aren’t pleasant, but a little kindness and gentleness go a long way -especially when dealing with a sick child.
