Myself and my son waited 3hrs, sick, no triage or even asked "are you ok". Felt like a number more than a sick patient. Felt like I was just there to give money to the establishment Staff was friendly though I will try not to come again unless it's an extreme emergency

I was a walk-in patient. I was promptly seen. Quality care was provided.

Check in & triage staff were very friendly. Physician was not friendly and very contradicting. My concerns were very brushed off and treated in a negative manner.

Had a scheduled appointment and checked in 15 mins prior. It was over an hour in the waiting room before being called to the back to an exam room. Had to wait another 25 minutes for the dr to only tell me I had a cold virus and to go purchase some Mucinex or Robutussin. Thanks for the two hour wait for that diagnosis!

Sinus headache front desk staff was very friendly however, doctor did not touch me. He had a student with him. He asked me some questions I said to him you didn’t even look at my ear you didn’t touch me. He just asked me that I have the same symptoms before I’ll give you antibiotics, I sold him the ones I did not want give me amoxicillin when I look outside. He’s looking at my chart and the students online at dresses not a good look. .

Did not care for nurse practitioner. I know when I need an antibiotic. So wait til it gets worse instead of nipping it in the Budd. I haven't been sick since 2918 and this child doesn't know much. 😕 And I like this office. Next time I will wait and see my own health care provider. Sorry

Got a call from the school nurse that child was coughing a lot, scheduled in the app to have him seen an hour later. Arrived earlier than our appointment, check in was easy and wait time was quick.   Staff was friendly, office was clean and decorative.  Condition was well managed and explained.  Would highly recommend

When being checked in girl talked with others the whole time.  Girl who checked me in talks loud. Not to complain but when no t feeling well annoying. Being 62 don’t think questions about being pregnant last period are necessary. She snapped back saying she has to ask. Doctor was great and through. I’m overall pleased I got my X-ray without having to go somewhere else. I think my complaints are exaggerated because I was feeling very sick
