Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

I booked appointment online. No wait time. Pleasant staff and knowledgeable. Gave me what I needed to get better. Clean facility!

M appointment t is next week.  Not sure why I got this.

I had an itchy eye on Wednesday and woke up Thursday with my eye red and seeping. I was a walk-in and two people were before me, both done quickly. Front desk admin was helpful, the app for check-in didn’t work and the PA said my eye was infected and called in a prescription to my pharmacy. Day three of meds my eye is still itchy, red and hurts but less than before. Waiting to see if I will be fully recovered soon.

I had a bad pain in my leg and stomach. I was hesitant to go to the hospital. My friend recommended me to come to umd urgent care. I'm so glad I did. The staff was super caring and Dr. Monk listened and gave me a through evaluation. He took time to get to the root of the problem. I'm so glad I went there. The wait time was brief also. Definitely recommend.

This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.

It was very amazing experience, everyone was nice and did amazing job, the wait room was and doctors room was clean and spacious good energy all around.

Did wrong diagnosis. Staff who conducted Quick test said that strep throat test is positive and antibiotics should be started . On our request , same time culture test was also taken whose results showed negative result for strep throat.  Because of wrong diagnosis, antibiotics was taken for 2 days

Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.

Quick experience with a clear diagnosis and next steps for me to take. Appreciate the help!

Great. Customer interface from all I met

I had a conundrum. 100 yo mom had appt with audiologist to take wax out of her ear since Mon could not hear anything. Audiologist declined to do it and said she needed urgent care or ENT. Hard to get her out and did it want the day to be for naught. Called Antonia at this location and she was stellar! So professional, friendly, empathetic and helpful. Got mom in and they took excellent care of her!

The doctor the very unprofessional, snarky. And kept going on about my symptoms on what he “thinks” rather than facts,  then gave me attitude over wanting a xray stating “if you want radiation then fine” when i asked about a full panel he acted as if it was coming out of his pocket to pay for me. This isnt the first time he has acted like this either. He does not seem like he wants to be there or deal with the patients. He also does not want to find out what is the cause of why someone is sick he rather just go off of what he thinks. Everyone else that was their nurses staffing besides the doctor they were all great!
