MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care, Spokane Valley - 15605 E Sprague Ave
Came in for a sinus infection and Jennifer is only interested in following guidelines. She doesn't listen to the patient and their complaints and the history. I wont be using this facility again. I reviewed my after visit notes and documentation was incorrect. Vitals were not accurate and she did not perform all the exams that she said. She only did a visual of the ears and throat. My chart notes state she visualized nasal congestion and palpated my maxillary sinuses, which she did neither.

About Gonorrhea Testing

Who should get tested for gonorrhea?

According to the CDC, anyone who is sexually active can get gonorrhea, especially people with multiple sexual partners. However, certain groups are at a higher risk, including sexually active individuals aged 25 or younger, men who have sex with men, and individuals with a previous history of gonorrhea or other sexually transmitted infections. If you fall into any of these categories and live in or around Spokane, it's recommended that you get tested.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for gonorrhea is crucial for several reasons. Firstly, it allows for early detection and treatment, preventing the disease from causing serious health problems such as infertility, ectopic pregnancy, and increased risk of HIV. Secondly, it helps to prevent the spread of the disease to others. According to the CDC, gonorrhea is the second most commonly reported infectious disease in the United States, so regular testing is key to controlling its spread.
