The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

Staff was some of the nicest front desk staff that I’ve come across at a doctor’s office. Check in was easy and scheduling a time to come in was also convenient. Quick wait time and the doctor was very friendly and answered all my questions.

Just what I wanted and on time

I had a severe toothache and was able to get help and treatment within 10 minutes. I’ve never been to such a clean timely facility like this AFC care center. Staff was polite and professional and Dr. Monroe was the best. I was treated with respect and my issue was handled quickly. If needed I will always consider AFC Urgent Care. Thank for all the help I’ve received.
