There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes. So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them? I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour. The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me. Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

I went to the walk-in clinic, without an appointment. Which is what I would consider a walk-in meaning. There was one person in front of me, but it still took me 90 minutes to see a doctor. I was at the peak of flu so it was incredibly painful to sit and wait for that amount of time. But I eventually did get to see the doctor, he was competent and reassuring.
