Easy to schedule appointment online. No wait. Excellent staff and care

It was very easy to book an appointment online. There was no wait, just a few forms to fill out. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and friendly. I got the care I needed, and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I would use them again for urgent care.

I went in without a reservation and was there when the opened up at 8:00 am. They took me in and registered me quickly, I was seen very soon after, and there turned out to be no sign of strep. I was very competently helped. Alex was absolutely great. She was personable and very knowledgeable with great suggestions on strategy for curing my very bad cold, including the right medicines and strategies for taking them. I was so impressed that, if I have another need to see a doctor I would go there instead of trying to secure an appointment with my GP at Methodist Hospital. I am sure I will be back at some point and I would definitely make a reservation to go when Alex was there. I recommend this health care option.

Took my son for an eye infection. The whole process was convenient from scheduling the appointment same date to being treated. Was in and out in less than an hour. friendly staff and facility was clean.  For sure will keep in mind for future visits.

I had a allergic reaction and my top lip was really swollen. My experience was great, from check in to speaking with the nurse. I felt the nurse was a straight shooter as if I was talking to a friend. The lady who checked me in after I showed her my lips because I had my mask on, she was prepared once the nurse was done speaking with me. I really appreciate the both of them and I am doing better. Thank you again..

This is a place to go,if you want your kids to feel better and stronger. I love the way their nurses and doctors will attend to you, like very fast and good 👍. God bless you all my family appreciate.

Grandson was coughing and congested and fever ,couldn't get into his Dr. so we went back to afc Urgent Care because we got great care last year. Everyone was so sweet and good with him. It's very appreciated. He is 8 and likes going there because they help him he said.Very prompt with calling in his medicines . Thank you so much. Will continue to use them when we can't get into his peditrian.

I’m actually a healthcare provider and the protocol for what I was seeking was not performed. It defeated the purpose of the visit. I wasted time and money.

This is my go to Urgent Care for my kiddos. They are always helpful and very fast. Even on weekends! I've been here several times and have never incurred a problem.
