Ear infection. When finally got seen, good work and care by the doctor. But this should never take FOUR hours.

Was in a panic and in a hurry as I had a wedding to attend. I was seen quickly. Doctor was responsive. Facility was clean. I would definitely visit again.

I’ve always had a good experience here.  Walk-ins welcome.  Wait on average an hour.  Staff courteous and compassionate.  PA and nurse top notch.  Efficient and feel like it was worth the visit.

I’m actually a healthcare provider and the protocol for what I was seeking was not performed. It defeated the purpose of the visit. I wasted time and money.

First time. Great area. My appointment is on Tuesday.

Everything about this clinic is great, except the wait time. I am not talking about scheduling and check in. With nobody in waitlist ahead of us, we are prepared to be there 1:45 to 2:00 hrs. This is the third time it happens now. We still come back because they are great but it does take a long time.

Scheduling was easy however wait time was terrible. Waited in waiting room for nearly 40 minutes after appointment time. Then another 25-30 minutes for provider to come in room. Provider and entire team were friendly but will reconsider coming back next time we need after hours care

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

Everyone was so kind and professional. It was a quick and wonderful experience

This is my go to Urgent Care for my kiddos. They are always helpful and very fast. Even on weekends! I've been here several times and have never incurred a problem.
