Staff was nice. Made me pay for a copay I didnt have. Waiting to hear back on that. Doc is fast and nice but doesnt really communicate what is wrong with you...just checks you out, writes in the chart and sends you out. The nurse was not the best. And no baby scale there

The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. I am visiting relatives from out of state and was welcomed with a smile and staff resolved my issues quickly. Cleanliness of the facility, everything had its place and staff worked well together. Had been to the clinic the week before with a UTI, the meds didn’t totally clear it up, I came back for a recheck scheduled and appointment on line very easy.  The staff are amazing I was taken right in and was out within 20 minutes with a new prescription

Went in today to be looked at for persistent back and stomach pain. The back pain I've had before but the stomach pain was new and I wanted answers. My exam with the NP felt rushed and didn't provide any information that I didn't already know. Before I had a chance to ask questions I was being taken to check out. I was so disappointed, in pain, and frustrated I could barely speak.

It was fast and easy. I was overall pleased with the whole experience from scheduling to my office visit

Brita and Caroline the PA were amazing! They were very efficient. I love how clean the facility was. I would recommend these two ladies and your urgent care to anyone. I work in the medical field and I was very impressed. The only thing I would recommend would be wheel chair accessible doors. There should be a push button for entrance and exit. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10

The staff is compassionate, they treat every patient with sense of urgency and high level of care. They do everything to make the patient feel heard and respected.

Sarah and Sohail were excellent. Sarah took various tests to determine what was the best treatment for me. I had a cold with Strep throat. I was suffering tremendously with congestion, coughing, along with losing my voice. As soon as she began treatment I felt a world of difference along with the injection that Sohail gave me. Highly recommend this urgent care. Very clean, very friendly. There was no wait time at all, and I made the appointment along with paper work on time.

This was my second visit to this location.  I was happy to have the online scheduling option and the screen in the waiting room showing I needed to check in.  The staff is VERY friendly, prompt and courteous.   I have recommended this office to others and have been told they were glad they went there.  Thank you for opening one in our neighborhood.

Was sick with a persistent cough & temperature that was not improving. Called & got an appointment right away.  Bobbie was very friendly & efficient.  Cinnamon Toth was very knowledgeable, professional & had a wonderful bedside manner. Would certainly recommend this provider!!!

Because they have an x-ray machine and I went in for what I thought was a sprained ankle and that’s what I had. I would recommend.
