I’ve been to this urgent care more than once and have had a great experience every time. The staff is friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable, and I’ve always felt like my concerns were actually listened to and taken seriously. I was able to get the care I needed without feeling rushed or dismissed. Definitely one of the best urgent care experiences I’ve had and I would absolutely recommend this location! Also, the medical assistant who checked me in and took my vitals was incredibly sweet and made me feel very comfortable. I didn’t catch her name, but she deserves a shoutout too:)

It was an unscheduled visit and I waited no longer than 3 minutes after checking in with the receptionist. The receptionist, the young man who took my vitals and the doctor were amiable and helpful.  I am appreciative of their time and help. I prefer the Cedar Knolls office to any of the others!! Front desk lady had an attitude. No communication with me and when another general man came they communicated that provider is not here yet etc . They should be sane to all the patients.  Provider was great.
