I came in because of itching of upper body. I thought I was having an allergic reaction, the provider saw me for less than 5 minutes and gave me a medical diagnosis of yeast and prescription Nystatin. I felt that that was wrong so I went to my allergist and asked could she see me, she said I had it an infection on my back so she gave me told me not to use the Nystatin and gave me antibiotics steroids and some steroid cream for the inflammation. I had to paid the urgent care $45 for the visit office, then they charge my insurance $400 plus dollars but they didn't help me. I will add, I usually have decent service from this location, but not this time.

The office staff were great! The only issue was a technical problem with trying to upload my insurance info through the online system they use, but the office staff were able to handle it on their end just fine, so it was just a minor hiccup. Everyone on staff was friendly and competent, and they were all wearing masks, which is a big positive in my book, especially since the concern I came in with was possible covid. Would definitely recommend.

The staff is compassionate, they treat every patient with sense of urgency and high level of care. They do everything to make the patient feel heard and respected.

Because they have an x-ray machine and I went in for what I thought was a sprained ankle and that’s what I had. I would recommend.

Sarah and Sohail were excellent. Sarah took various tests to determine what was the best treatment for me. I had a cold with Strep throat. I was suffering tremendously with congestion, coughing, along with losing my voice. As soon as she began treatment I felt a world of difference along with the injection that Sohail gave me. Highly recommend this urgent care. Very clean, very friendly. There was no wait time at all, and I made the appointment along with paper work on time.

Brittany was the best!! She was so kind and made me feel so comfortable, I had somewhat of a sensitive issue and she didn’t make me feel weird or bad at all! If I got the name wrong she’s the nurse who talked to me about finding a sea urchin on the beach, she is black, wore ponytail, long sleeve scrubs, probably the friendliest healthcare provider I’ve ever had!

I was very impressed with the ease of making an appointment and with the friendliness and professional skills of the receptionist, the nurse and the doctor. Highly recommend.

I was able to get right in and was there less than 30 minutes. Everyone was so nice, and it was extremely clean. Will absolutely be going back when needed!

Both the front and back staff were friendly, and helpful. Both the waiting room and patient’s rooms were clean and inviting.  Dr. Shuker has an excellent bedside manner, he’s very knowledgeable and conducted a thorough exam. I wasn’t rushed during my appointment, treatment was discussed with me, and my questions were answered. I recommend Beacon Skin and Surgeries to all.

Great place for kids and adults. The pharmacist is the best. My doctor was very kind and helpful.

Friendly happy people, clean, fast, helpful. I showed up for a sport’s physical and forgot my card, they were willing to help in any way, took it over the phone for me. I appreciated that.

On a trip and am from out of state. Driving by and it ended up to be an awesome choice . From the minute I stepped in, Betty got my check in started and I was quickly back for preliminary care with Kaurina. Then Jaime assessed me, got me a prescription and had me on my way! Each of these ladies were very professional and personable! I would definitely return !!!

I’m visiting the area from out of town. It was a relief to find a quick solution to a health problem that occurred. Thanks to all who helped in this very friendly office.

They were super friendly. We had to go in for a blood draw and was very pleased with them. My niece has high anxiety and felt comfortable there as well.
