Woke up with a sore throat. Went to your facility in Rockaway, NJ. I did not have an appointment but the wait time  was not terrible. I was treated in a kind and caring manner, prescribed meds and able to get back home quickly.

Most pleasant and fast experience in the ER. Staff is nice & knowledgeable. Glad I found this place

I booked appointment online. No wait time. Pleasant staff and knowledgeable. Gave me what I needed to get better. Clean facility!

The front desk staff this time was excellent as was the nurse, but the doctor / physician's assistant did not seem to actually listen, understand, or appropriately address the situation.

Did wrong diagnosis. Staff who conducted Quick test said that strep throat test is positive and antibiotics should be started . On our request , same time culture test was also taken whose results showed negative result for strep throat.  Because of wrong diagnosis, antibiotics was taken for 2 days

It was very amazing experience, everyone was nice and did amazing job, the wait room was and doctors room was clean and spacious good energy all around.

Booked an appointment online, showed up 15 minutes before hand, they saw me almost instantly after I checked in, before my appointment time! Very friendly and caring staff that did the most to make me feel comfortable the whole time. My nurse/technician was Rich and he was the best to work with. Really liked this experience and will go back if needed.

I wasn't feeling well so I booked an appt online and was in and out very fast. I ended up having strep picked up my meds and on my way to feeling so much better. Great staff and easy location.

Great place the staff is so pleasant and helpful they explained everything that was wrong from start to end thanks so much .The wait time was only a few minutes check in process was very easy.The doctor on staff went above and beyond. I drove 20 min just to go there because they treat everyone like family

I’m disappointed bc I went in and the doctor took a look at me for a few seconds checking my ears, mouth and lungs and sent me away with allergy medication for $40. I dont have allergies but I suppose it was the simplest diagnosis. My symptoms progressively got worse bc of this not being properly treated. I ended up taking some antibiotics which did help. Anyways, the doctor was too quick and not thorough in her examination. I personally would not recommend unless you do have allergies, but that wasn’t even diagnosed correctly.

I was not feeling well for 2 days. I didn’t have an appointment , just walked-in. The front desk was very professional and friendly. My  registration was fast since I have been there before. My vital were taken right away and then seen by Dr. J. Islam. I love coming to this place, they sure do take care of the sick.

Stopped in late on Thursday night. Unfortunately there were 7 people ahead of me but was able to schedule appointment for 8:30am the next morning. Did my paperwork online so all that was needed was a co-pay. 8:25 I was getting vitals and answering general information and I’m sorry I don’t remember her name but so very nice and sweet. Was brought to an exam room and by 8:45 Dr. Vincent confirmed my suspicions, ordered my medication and was able to take by 9:30. My very first time to an Urgent Care facility and I can say that the receptionist was kind and friendly, medical assistant was so sweet and knowledgeable and Dr. Vincent had a great bedside manner even though he stated it was a late night due to making sure all of those 7 patients were seen. Thank you all for making my 1st time visit easy!

No appointment. I walked in. No one ahead of me, so I was seen instantly. My discussionwith the doctor lasted about 5 minutes. It went downhill from there. I needed to go to the hospital, but was not given a choice of which one to go to. They sent all my records to their affiliate hospital, which is a hellhole. I'm still there 3 days later with no diagnosis, probably because I've rarely seen a doctor, and when they do come into my room, they spend less than 5 minutes here. I could go on and on, but this isn't a review of the hospital. The bottom line is this urgent care facility is just a pipeline to the subpar hospital. You're better off going elsewhere. I would not recommend this facility.

Woke up very sick. Called but no openings. Had to book an appointment and wait the next day to be seen. Doctors and their assistants very attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend been seen here for more than 8 years.

I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

Had kidney pain. Doctor took the time to discuss pro and cons of treatment.  Staff was very friendly and helpful.  I would recommend this care provider.
